The Chief Executive and Director of HippocratiQ is Dr. Azharul Mannan. Azharul qualified in medicine from the University of Manchester, having gained a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science from the University of St. Andrews. He holds additional qualifications from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal Colleges of Physicians, the Royal College of General Practitioners and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.

His experience in the pharmaceutical industry has covered many therapeutic areas and he has worked for Novartis, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, Medical Director of ViroPharma UK Ltd and Medical Director at Chiesi UK.

Azharul is interested in education and continued professional development. He has completed his Pharmaceutical Medicine Speciality Training and is a Member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine. He is listed on the GMC Specialist Register. He is an accredited Educational Supervisor for the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine and a GP trainer. He has been revalidated by the GMC to 2018.

Azharul still maintains his clinical practice and his clinical experience includes acute hospital medicine and having been a full time General Practitioner Partner.
